Patients needing specialized rehabilitation services will work with a physical therapist to develop a recovery plan. Physical therapy provides numerous benefits after a wide range of surgical procedures, including hip replacement, carpal tunnel surgery, knee replacement and other surgeries.
Once your hospitalization is completed, you will likely benefit from additional care and therapy. We can either refer you to a local rehabilitation center or we will assist in arranging for home or outpatient therapy. Your recovery will go more smoothly with physician-recommended post-surgery therapy.
